Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out how the Fleetfully platform may and may not be used. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Effective June 13, 2026 · Last updated June 13, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated into our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the Fleetfully platform. Using the platform responsibly keeps it safe and reliable for every carrier, driver, and client on it.

1. Prohibited uses

You will not use the platform to:

  • Violate any law or regulation, including those governing medical transport, health information, and communications.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or misappropriate confidential information.
  • Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, degrade, or overload the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or circumvent access controls.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform except as permitted by law or written agreement.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the platform to harass, defraud, or harm others.

2. Data & health information

  • Only submit data you are authorized to process, and obtain any consents required from your clients and their patients.
  • Handle protected health information in accordance with HIPAA and the applicable Business Associate Agreement.
  • Do not place protected health information into channels that are not designed for it — for example, email or the public contact form.

3. Messaging & communications

The platform sends and receives SMS and MMS on your behalf through our communications provider. You are responsible for using these channels lawfully — including obtaining the consents required to message recipients, honoring opt-outs, and complying with carrier and regulatory rules. Do not use the platform to send unsolicited or deceptive messages.

4. Security & integrity

Keep your credentials secure, assign access on a need-to-know basis, and promptly remove access for personnel who no longer require it. If you discover a vulnerability or a security issue, report it to us responsibly through our contact page rather than exploiting or disclosing it.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, to protect the platform and the people who depend on it. Where a violation poses an immediate risk, we may act without prior notice. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you and resolve issues cooperatively.

6. Reporting abuse

To report abuse or a suspected violation of this policy, reach us through our contact page.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform and the risks it faces evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
